Our Approach
Our collections technician holds a BA in History with a minor in Biology — an interdisciplinary foundation built for working across natural history, cultural, and archival collections. Our in-house training program is developed using materials from the Society for the Preservation of Natural History Collections (SPNHC), aligning every procedure with current museum best practices and professional standards.
Every task follows documented procedures, produces clear deliverables, and uses repeatable processes designed to meet institutional and federal requirements. The work is simple, logical, and accurate — the same rigor whether we are cataloging a single object or inventorying an entire collection.
